Get ready to win serious brownie points with friends and family at mealtimes with this opportunity for you and a guest to attend an in-person Pasta Master class at the Jamie Oliver Cookery School in London at 1pm on either Sunday 21 April or Sunday 5 May.
During the two-hour class you will learn the secret to making the perfect pasta dough, use your new skills to make everything from lasagne sheets to farfalle and the perfect sauce accompaniment. Your chef will then reveal the key to creating a simple, delicious sauce as the perfect accompaniement to your pasta, and demonstrate two further tasy sauces to show just how quick a fresh pasta meal can be!
In keeping with the Mediterranean theme, the winning bidder will also receive a signed copy of Jamie Oliver’s Five Ingredients: Mediterranean.

- This class can be made suitable for vegans and you'll make an egg-free dough. Please note, the dishes the chef demonstrates (which guests can try), will contain egg.
- This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 15 years. Those aged between 15-17 must be supervised by an adult for the whole duration of the lesson.
